Our US Keg uses only the highest quality 304 stainless steel that goes through a rigorous pickling and passivation process to ensure a clean and 100% corrosion free container. we offer all standard sizes in both stacking and non-stacking variations. All of our half barrel, quarter barrel, quarter barrel and sixth barrel kegs are precision-engineered using 304 stainless steel, and we back up the quality of our kegs with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. Besides the standard sizes, we also offer mini 10 liter or 12th barrel, kegs for small batch and limited release beverages. Standard orders of our US kegs include D-style spears, though we can accommodate requests for other spear styles.
Keg Sizing Information
A barrel (Bbl) is the standard method for measuring kegs of beer. Depending
on the brewery, beers are kegged in various size containers, as follows:
1/2 barrel = 15.5 gallons = 124 pints = 165 12oz bottles - (Full Size Keg)
1/4 barrel = 7.75 gallons = 62 pints = 83 12oz bottles (Pony Keg)
1/6 barrel (20 Ltr) = 5.2 gallons = 41 pints = 55 12oz bottles (Sixtel)
50 Liter = 13.2 gallons = 105 pints = 140 12oz bottles
30 liter = 8.1 gallons = 64 pints = 86 12oz bottles
VOLUME: US keg with capacities between 19.8 and 59.43 liters
CURLS: Convenient protection in the areas most likely to suffer from accidental drops and impact.
HAND HOLES: Intelligent and secure design. The hand holes are formed to provide a good grip whilst also strengthening the skirt.
CENTRAL WELD: TIG welding with state-of-the-art technology.
IDENTIFICATION: Wide range of markings available for seamless integration into complex logistics systems.
ROLLING RINGS: Add to the overall strength and integrity of the keg whilst improving handling.
BURST DISC: Safety guarantee in case of overpressure over 35 +/- 5 bar. The keg will open avoiding accidents.
